Join the Video Tax News team as a Seminar Assistant and play a key role in delivering exceptional virtual tax seminars to professionals across Canada!

In this dynamic position, you’ll support live seminars by coordinating check-ins, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting attendees via live chat. You'll also help prepare support materials, manage communications, and collaborate with presenters and internal teams to ensure every seminar runs smoothly. Occasional in-person support opportunities may be available.

As the primary contact for clients, you'll handle inquiries and provide exceptional support across multiple channels, including email, chat, phone, social media, and in-person. Your friendly and efficient support will ensure each client gets full value from the available services and products. You will also manage office administration and support various company projects.
